Scale, Kent Local Area Group has not featured in the
newspapers recently.
Below
are several paper cuttings from a few years back.
Whilst
a nice report but it credits Ross Shimmons as
"organiser", but this is incorrect and in fact it
was the local committee who did all the preparation
work etc.
Ross
was also quoted as saying that "Model railways are
still a very popular hobby", whereas he did say
"Garden railways are growing in popularity".
and
it will be considered for inclusion.
